Creditors Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
Processing creditors and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data

Preparing vendor bills, Invoices with verification to good received notes

Accurate allocation of expenses

Process of weekly and monthly payment runs with supporting packs / recons

Completing and collating payment packs for foreign payments

Creditors liaison for all creditor source documents, statements, remittances and queries

Ensuring bank balancing by way of a month end bank recons

Execute an accurate weekly ageing analysis with all accounts matched correctly

Supporting the company finance manager with given tasks

**Requirements**:
Financial background

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Degree / diploma relating to bookkeeping or credit management

Excellent ability to multi-task

Detail-oriented and high ethical values

Computer literate

Excellent interpersonal abilities

Pastel accounting system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R17 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
