Preferred requirements and skills:

NQF level 7 degree would be advantageous

Experience in frontline customer service

Strong presentation skills

Experience using MS Office and Zoho CRM

Duties and responsibilities:

Contacting prospective learners from a database and determine lead feasibility

Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) during and after calls

Monitor call quality and logs (feeding into trend analysis)

Conduct a minimum of 50 answered out bounds calls per day

Conduct outbound call campaigns

Provide regular reports on escalations

Provide support to the Retail Sales Team

Course reviews - Quality assure our online content for consistency

Attend regular team check-in meetings

Explain to students the Chartall course offerings

Ensure that all calls are recorded through general notes on the CRM

Attend to messages on various platforms if needed and escalating to Sales Team where and when needed
