We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Internal Sales Administrator with a proven track record.

For the past 60 years, Meshco has been manufacturing quality wire products for its Customers. Your work will enable the development of your province, country, and the rest of the world.

Our products are found here and overseas in stadiums and bridges, they hold up the fresh produce that grace our tables, they keep miners safe underground, and our fencing products secure those who matter to you most.

More likely than not, when you see a fence or concrete structure in Cape Town; our products are involved.

  • Excellent Customer Service ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Service walk in customers & telephonic sales.
  • Inform client of promotions and specials.
  • Capture received orders on the same day ensuring correct order product, pricing, and all relevant contact and delivery details.
  • Communicate deliveries to dispatch.
  • Communicate quality issues to production.
  • Communicate account enquiries to the Debtors department.
  • Credit note capturing
  • Report Customer Complaints to the manager and ensure that the complaint is resolved.


 Housekeeping
  • Ensure orders are filed monthly and archived for record purposes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12, preferably with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 3 years Sales experience with experience in internal sales.
  • Preferably Bilingual
  • Experience in sales in a manufacturing or steel industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with customers in the hardware, construction, agriculture, fencing or mining industries will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of administration processes.
  • Computer skills.
  • Able to follow processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
