An exciting opportunity has arisen for an
International Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator at
I&J, Woodstock, Cape Town
.

As the successful incumbent you will be responsible to ensure the efficient co-ordination of the international sales function by assessing, implementing and co-ordinating all operations and projects relating to logistics, sales, customer liaison, new product development, procurement and system/sales related accounting activities.


The
International Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator will also provide a critical administrative relief / support function to the international marketing team.

  • Price Deal Management / Claims Coordination
  • Departmental Expenses Administration
  • Sample Airfreight or Sea freight Coordination
  • Adhoc Duties

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within an administrative, coordinating, implementation and facilitation role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a Sales and Customer Service Role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain and Logistics / Shipping
  • 2 years' experience within the Fishing Industry

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree within Business / Marketing / Supply Chain
  • Comm. Degree within Business / Marketing / Supply Chain will be advantageous

Additional Requirements:

  • SAP SD Model (Intermediate)
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes
  • High level of numerical acumen
  • Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint (advanced would be advantageous)
  • An understanding of the sensitivities relating to customer relationships
  • Ability to deal with customers at all levels
