What We Are Looking For


We are an outbound agency so you do not need to worry about creating campaigns, messaging or researching leads, we do that for you.

It'll be your job to turn replies into booked appointments for our clients.


The role will include a considerable amount of cold calling so it's important that you're not just comfortable, but that you thrive on the phone (full training to be provided on our best practices and techniques).


  • Automated enrollment of enriched contacts through our proprietary system we call 'The Hub'
  • CRM with focused workflows to maximise efficiencies and engagement
  • Power Dialer for cold calling
  • Press one button, the dialer rings 20+ people and connects you with whoever answers, no endless typing of numbers.

We think the role would suit:

  • An experienced SDR/BDR who loves getting meetings booked and thrives off hitting the phones.
  • An organised sales person who's been there, done it all, and now wants a role where they're not selling, but facilitating meetings so that others can sell.
  • Someone who wants to work with a variety of businesses to learn and help them grow.
  • Someone who is happy to work independently, with remote/hybrid working an option.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication written and verbal.
  • Organised yet agile nature you'll be swapping mindsets between clients on an hourly basis.
  • Patient yet steely temperament diary clashes, no shows, cancellations, they happen It's important not to be too frustrated and flustered by this. Simply take the steps to rectify it.

Salary:
R15, R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rosebank, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Do you have experience managing directors/management's diaries, i.e., booking in meetings etc?
