Administrator (12 Month Contract)

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?- Manage relationship with vendors including building security and maintenance, cleaners, and storage etc- Arrange vendors onsite visits such as security, fire safety, air conditioning, catering etc- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements- Manage and timely submission of invoices & expenses- Visitors' logistics arrangement like conference rooms, office security, transportation, technology etc- Handle and collection of documents during business hours unless otherwise authorized- Manage incoming calls and routing calls as necessary Follow up with clients on required documentations when required- Coordinate and provide support for meetings, internal and external events/conferences- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- Minimum matriculation exemption- 1-3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist or administrative roles- Effective interpersonal skills- Pleasant personality with good verbal and written communication skills- Team player who can also work independently- Able to multitask and prioritization- Meticulous, solution and detail-oriented#ASSOCIATE
