Contracts Administrator

General Job Description:
The mission of the Contracts Administrator is to provide a full administrative support function to the Contracts Managers within the Procurement Process.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Capturing the data from the terms and conditions of the contracts into our system.
Ø Reviewing the information to ensure that is 100% accurate to what was agreed between the Suppliers and the Contract Managers.
Ø Picking up on any errors and highlighting them to the Contract Managers - effectively providing a safety net to ensure no room for error.
Ø Notifying Suppliers of accommodation cancellations and amendments.
Ø Updating and maintaining our systems and spreadsheets in real-time to ensure they are always up to date.
Ø Liaising with the Contract Managers to ensure that the negotiation processes reach a successful conclusion.
Ø Providing colleagues with an advisory service on the information contained in the sheets and contracts.
Ø Assisting with ad hoc administration to other departments when needed.

You treat each supplier with the utmost respect, answering every question in an efficient and timely manner and with integrity, going the extra mile wherever possible and always having the solution in mind.
Excellent attention to detail is an absolutely must, as well as highly developed organizational skills with the ability to manage your tasks effectively whilst working under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric
- One or more years administrative experience.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken
- Google Suite
- Strong knowledge of Spreadsheets
Salary:
R10, R12,000.00 per month
