Responsibilities:
  • Lead a creative team to strategically drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Manage all marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, print advertising, and radio campaigns.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to enhance the company's reputation and increase qualified traffic.
  • Execute marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation.
  • Experiment with different organic and paid acquisition channels.
  • Create and oversee Google Adwords campaigns and analyze their performance using Google Analytics.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against annual targets set by the CEO.
  • Supervise and approve marketing material both online and in physical stores.

Requirements:
