Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the hotel's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests, resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify IT needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in network administration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
