Service Desk Support/technician

Key duties:
Field and prioritise calls from users
Escalate calls to second and third line support where necessary
Provide on-call, after hours support on a rotating basis
Shift work from Monday to Sunday
Administrative duties and reporting
Requirements:
Tertiary or related IT qualification (advantageous)
Microsoft MSQL experience (advantageous)
Computer literate with working knowledge, Microsoft Office, POS and SAGE X3
An understanding of computer hardware and terminology
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation
Ability to problem solve and prioritise issues
A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage the demands of a pressurised work environment
