Job Requisition Details
- REQ# Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Job Purpose
- To direct the delivery to sales and service enablers which unlock enhanced sales productivity, profitable sales growth and improve client profitability within the Consumer Banking channel
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales inhibitors through data analytics and find solutions to reduce or eliminate these sales inhibitors in order to improve sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to facilitate revenue growth and increased market share within Consumer Banking through the creation of purposebuilt sales enablers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within Nedbank in order to identify problem areas and painpoints that may negatively impact sales performance and which may inhibit sales within Consumer Banking.
- Collaborate with both internal and external service providers in building the solutions to implement the steps identified to address the problem areas, often through technical development requirements supported by the CIA Team
- Create and facilitate change management to initiate new sales tools and systems with senior stakeholders in the Consumer Banking business.
- Track performance and monitor effectiveness of new sales tools and systems enablement with a view implement relevant continuous improvements or enhancements.
- Manage a number of sales enabler initiatives simultaneously.
- Understand the legislative requirements of FAIS.
- Facilitate the approval from within Consumer Banking, Compliance, Risk and other key areas within Nedbank for implementation of the sales enablement projects.
- Create reporting documents for Executive Management within Consumer Banking on various activities i.e. performance of projects, progress and sales performance.
Essential Qualifications
- NQF Level
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
- Degree
- B Com or BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or similar
- Minimum Experience Level years professional experience within a similar role at senior manager level
