Location:
Johannesburg (Office based)


As the Head of Sales - Existing Business, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company by managing and expanding the existing customer base.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and leading and building a high-performing sales team.

Deal with client escalations and make informed decisions based on the information provided. Monitor and make recommendations to improve systems, processes, and integration where needed.

  • Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar management position (with at least some SaaS experience)
Minimum of 5 years' previous experience as a Client Relationship or Account Manager

Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing desirable or other relevant qualifications.
