JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that call quality standards are maintained
Accurately capture data provided by clients
Achieve quality targets
Attendance of mandatory meetings i.e daily and weekly
Mandatory daily training homework to be completed daily
Attendance of mandatory department training session

Selling products and services using objection handling to prospective customers

At least 2year sales experience
