Requirements:

  • B.Com or relevant BTech / Degree in Financial Management
  • 8 years' relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Water By-Law, Water Tariff Policy,
Municipal Systems Act, Municipal Management Finance Act

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Valid Driver's licence
Key Performance Areas

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and
monitoring the Water and Sanitation Tariff

and Financial Framework

  • Perform tariff modelling, financial modelling,
benchmarking, setting of standards

  • Monitor the financial performance and processes
relating to tariffs

  • Perform financial feasibility studies
  • Liaise with fellow professionals and internal and
external stakeholders linked to the Tariff and

Financial Framework

  • Compile reports and correspondence to facilitate
the functioning of the Tariff and Financial Framework

Development.
