  • Providing administrative support in the daytoday operations of the labour relations function.
  • Schedule or coordinate the details of grievance hearings or other meetings.
  • Prepare evidence for disciplinary hearings.
  • Assist in preparing reports or forms related to labor relations matters.

Requirements, Experience & Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Labour Relations or related fields.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a labourintensive environment.
  • An understanding of and insight into the BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE with SD being an advantage.
  • Knowledge of regulations and compliance as it relates to HR.
  • Strong English language and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail with an ability to spot spelling errors.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure.
  • Must be passionate about his/her work.
  • Excellent people skills with a great attitude.
  • Motivated, Trustworthy, Reliable, Hard Working, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
