As a Dispatch/Loading Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate dispatch of stock to our stores, contributing to the seamless flow of operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Transportation or relevant DCrelated qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Accurate and timely reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and execute planned loads from demand plan coordinators.
  • Coordinate with Picking Supervisor to oversee the picking process.
  • Hand reachtruck documents to drivers for efficient bulk item picking.
  • Verify physical stock against picking documents, ensuring no damaged or expired items.
  • Generate labels for stock and organize orders by destination.
  • Liaise with drivers to coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Oversee the loading process, ensuring correct forklift handling.
  • Manage documents for IBT processing and supervise signoffs.
  • Capture dispatched items on the GLS System.
