Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing salesrelated documents.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Kerridge) and assist in data entry and management tasks as needed.

Basic Requirements:

  • A course or diploma in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Kerridge).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service would be a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience.

A sales support administrator must be highly organized to manage various tasks efficiently, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating sales-related activities.

The ability to adapt to changes in priorities, processes, and procedures is crucial in a fast-paced sales environment where priorities may shift frequently.

Collaborating effectively with the sales team and other departments is essential for ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities and achieving common goals.
