Sales and Administration Assistant

Location:

  • Midrand

Working Hours:

  • 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell air conditioners to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Customer Support:

  • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments for their air conditioners.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Organize and schedule teams for installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of assignments.
  • Communicate schedules and updates to both internal teams and clients.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage office documentation, including invoices, contracts, and customer records.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain an organized filing system both electronically and physically.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on sales and service activities.

Compliance and Quality:

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certification or training in sales, administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems or related industry experience is a plus.
