Sales Admin Assistant

- 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sales Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air conditioners to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments for their air conditioners.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organize and schedule teams for installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of assignments.
- Communicate schedules and updates to both internal teams and clients.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office documentation, including invoices, contracts, and customer records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative duties as required.
- Maintain an organized filing system both electronically and physically.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on sales and service activities.
Compliance and Quality:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certification or training in sales, administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems or related industry experience is a plus.
