Job Description:
Clinical Trial Managers at IQVIA Biotech are responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of contracted clinical monitoring activities. They are functionally responsible for all clinical monitoring team members throughout the duration of each clinical trial.(ads1)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordination and oversight of daily operations of the clinical monitoring team.
Management of project milestones and proactively address deficienciesManagement of CRA performanceWorking closely with the Project Manager to define programme targets for clinical monitoring staff and ensure work is documented within the contracted project scope.
Development and implementation of Clinical Monitoring Plan.Responsibility for ensuring the needs of the clinical sites are met by facilitating the monitoring processesJob Requirements:
Ability to work independently, prioritise and work within a matrix team environmentUnderstanding of basic data processing functions, including electronic data captureExcellent organisation and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesPrior experience as Clinical Research AssociateBSc degree or equivalent in Life Sciences/NursingFluency in spoken and written EnglishStrong communication skillsThorough knowledge of clinical research processPrior experience as trial/study manager or strong background as Lead CRA
