Job Responsibilities:

Gathers, researches, interprets, and analyses complex business requirements, and recommends solutions across ERPParticipate in managing stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing commitment of stakeholdersProcessing of service requests and providing user supportDevelops and delivers business solutions for business requirements across functional streams to provide an expert resource service in meeting business needs.

Mentor and coach staffEnsuring effective delivery of projects and programmesMaintains & develops skills to meet the standards required by business regarding their needsJob Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in providing and supporting SAP functionsMinimum National diploma supported by industry specific/related qualifications and relevant experience.

Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. B-degree) will be given preference.
ArcGIS configuration experience would be advantageousConfiguration and project implementation experience in SAP CRM 7.0 (service management)
