Responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of care and service is given to all Bryte employees and clients. Receptionists will be positioned on the frontline at Bryte and will be the first-person clients and customers speak to.
They form the initial point of contact and are ambassadors of the Bryte brand.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner and directing them to the correct destination or waiting area.
  • Being computer literate in words documents, power point, excel and outlook.
- keeping the client engaged whilst swiftly and accurately capturing details onto the receptionist system.

  • This role is a concierge type setup meaning the person will have to man the reception desk as well as walking the waiting area and engaging with clients.
  • Ensuring all guests are met with a smile, greeted, and are seated whilst they await to be fetched from reception.
  • Assist in arranging refreshments for our guests.
  • Providing feedback to the clients seated in reception and ensuring that they are comfortable in the interim
  • Security conscious: being vigilant and able to identify any strange behavior or suspicious individuals.
  • Following all Bryte processes and procedures and being astute in knowing when to escalate a situation or determine who should be contacted for relevant situations.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Screening phone calls
  • Relationship management especially with security, switchboard, and tea ladies.
  • General administration duties
  • Ad hoc duties as and when needed.

Qualification & Experience

  • Matric
  • 2 years' experience as a frontline receptionist preferably in a corporate environment,
- computer literate

  • Fluent in English
  • Occupational Health and safety experience and/or certification
  • First aid certificate
