Attraction

Full Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job requisition to signing of employment contract.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop

effective recruitment strategies.

Sourcing and Outreach:

Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand to

attract top talent.

Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Data Management:
Provide regular reports and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to

understand their staffing needs and goals.

Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless and positive

Compliance and Diversity:
Ensure compliance with Employment Equity and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment related to recruitment and hiring.

Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.

Development

  • Manage yearly Performance and development dialogue process.
  • Drive the endtoend performance management process in business and
ensure robustness of the process.

  • Work with management to identify and address talent gaps, succession
planning, and workforce development.

  • Manage career development process.
Training

  • Identify training needs, design development programs, and coordinate training
initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance

  • Develop annual training plan and report W & R Seta
Job Requirements

Education / Professional Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SABP) will be advantageous.
Experience

  • 4 5 years of generalist experience coming from a multinational company
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of BCEA, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment, Employment Equity, Labour Relations Act and Skills Development Acts
