EPC Business Support Coordinator

East Rand

Salary: R500 000 – R750 000CTC

Duties:

  • Coordination and management of various administrative/business support activities (Policies, systems, reporting, Documentation, and records, etc.) within an Electrical Infrastructure EPC organisation.
  • Ensure and enable the smooth, healthy, and stable flow of business activities.
  • Devise the work process optimization plan according to the specific needs of the company, and implement the plan.
  • Supervise the implementation and maintenance of the ISO system.
  • Supervise the reporting of the company’s performance indicators.
  • Prepare, track and present the performance in the form of reports, presentations and dashboards.
  • Provision of the company’s business support services

Minimum Requirements.

  • Business management/administration qualification or
  • Engineering qualification with strong business support management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, business support management within the Engineering Construction industry
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO requirements
  • Knowledge and experience with industry-related laws and regulations
  • Knowledge and experience with policies and business processes within the EPC space is an advantage
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to facilitate and support the growth of team members
  • Analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other related programs
