Duties (not an exhaustive list):

  • Calendar & Correspondence Management: Oversee the Head's schedule, appointments and manage communications.
  • Confidential Information Handling: Maintain professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare letters, reports and other documents as needed.
  • Proofread and edit for accuracy, consistency and professionalism.
  • Organise and maintain confidential records, including meeting notes, both electronically and in print.
  • Interview co-ordination & documentation by assisting in organising interviews, drafting contracts and sorting through CVs efficiently.
  • Submit weekly Payment Requisitions.

Meetings & Events Coordination:

  • Support event planning, including school functions and special projects.
  • Capture key moments at events with photography.

Creative Communications:

  • Collaborate on internal and external communications, producing engaging presentations, newsletters and materials.
  • A strong eye for design is essential to enhance visual appeal and ensure professional and captivating layouts.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant/ PA/ Administrative role
  • Experience in the education sector would be an advantage
  • Proven experience and proficiency in using MS Office Suite
  • Marketing experience and creative flair would be an advantage
