An opportunity exists for an exceptional **Executive Assistant to the Headmaster **to join the school 01 February 2025. This role is key in providing high-level support to the Head of School, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a well-coordinated, welcoming environment for all.

**Duties (not an exhaustive list)**:

- **Calendar & Correspondence Management**: Oversee the Head's schedule, appointments and manage communications.
- **Confidential Information Handling**: Maintain professionalism and discretion in managing sensitive information.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare letters, reports and other documents as needed.
- Proofread and edit for accuracy, consistency and professionalism.
- Organise and maintain confidential records, including meeting notes, both electronically and in print.
- Interview co-ordination & documentation by assisting in organising interviews, drafting contracts and sorting through CVs efficiently.
- Submit weekly Payment Requisitions.
- **Meetings & Events Coordination**:

- Support event planning, including school functions and special projects.
- Capture key moments at events with photography.
- **Creative Communications**:

- Collaborate on internal and external communications, producing engaging presentations, newsletters and materials.
- A strong eye for design is essential to enhance visual appeal and ensure professional and captivating layouts.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years in an Executive Assistant/ PA/ Administrative role
- Experience in the education sector would be an advantage
- Proven experience and proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Marketing experience and creative flair would be an advantage
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Effective communication and multitasking skills
- Discreet, reliable and highly efficient in time management
- Self-motivated, proactive and energetic
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, building positive rapport with colleagues, pupils and parents
