An opportunity exists for an exceptional **Sports Coordinator** to join the school from **January 2025**.

**D**uties (not an exhaustive list)**:

- Responsible for overall co-ordination and communication of sporting events. This includes projection of termly transport requirements and tracking of expenditure
- Officiating various sports matches
- Administration and arranging of annual sporting awards
- Oversee sport facilities and equipment maintenance requirements

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant diploma/degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in Sports and/or Sports Administration
- SACE Registration
- Ability to swim
- A willingness to work as part of a team and team teach, if required
- A highly organised person who enjoys the challenges of fixture and timetable co-ordination
- Knowledge of Primary School Sporting Codes
- Capable of working under pressure, can prioritise and schedule workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and officiate a variety of sports
- A commitment to ongoing personal development and a future-orientated approach
- The capacity to develop and sustain new coaching practices
- An energetic and inspirational approach to girls’ learning and motivation
- A values-based approach to the care and wellbeing of girls
- The intention to work according to the school’s ethos, specifications, and policies
