Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational aspects of properties, ensuring they meet approved quality standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate fire, life, and safety programs for all buildings.
  • Maintain strong tenant relations, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Negotiate and monitor contracts for vendor services.
  • Prepare and manage the property operating budget, ensuring cost-saving initiatives are implemented.
  • Provide statistical analysis and reporting on property management performance.
  • Handle financial management of properties, including rental income and expense control.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Property Management or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in property or development management.
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
