  • Maintain the overall daily operations of the warranties department.
  • Manage warranty department processes (e.g overall customer service delivery and satisfaction, customer stock returns and repairs, RMA’s, CRO’s, supplier relations, warranty technician progress and updates)
  • Analyze and evaluate all warranty data, stock and customer claims to determine validity, accuracy, and eligibility.
  • Regularly check all stock and data to maintain efficiency and accuracy of warranty records, stock and stock movements within the warranty department.
  • Maintain warranty-related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all departmental staff are aware and trained (where necessary) on the various stock movements, processes, systems and policies within the warranties department.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and training to team members on warranty processes
  • Daily checking of emails and handling of any queries
  • Management of queries, complaints and follow up calls to/from internal staff as well as customers and suppliers
  • Produce regular reports, analyses and performance metrics on the warranties department, for assessment by the General manager
  • Research and identify new opportunities and strategies for efficient and more effective warranty processes
