Maintenance Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across all properties and facilities.
- Track and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and detailed logs of all maintenance work.
- Order and manage inventory for maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Communicate with maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Support the facilities management team with additional tasks as required.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (a relevant tertiary qualification is a plus).
- 2–3 years of administration experience, preferably in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices and procedures.
