Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Factory Administrator to join their team in the Packaging Industry in KwaZulu-Natal. The Factory Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the factory manager and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the factory manager and other staff as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules, inventory, and other relevant information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Monitor and track production metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum post-matriculation qualification (degree advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years admin experience (manufacturing environment)
  • Happy to work on factory floor 50% of the time
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
