Role Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled, vibrant, and approachable HRBP to provide essential support to their trading team and administrative staff. In this role, you will assist traders and administrative staff in their personal and professional growth, offering support, motivation, and guidance as needed. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing the overall performance and well-being of our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas for improvement and development.
  • Provide personalized coaching and psychological support to traders and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with traders to establish actionable goals and strategies for improvement.
  • Monitor trader performance and behavior, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Develop and conduct workshops and training sessions on topics related to trader psychology and performance optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in trading psychology and coaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, coaching, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching, counseling, or providing psychological support.
  • Strong understanding of risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
