We are seeking 2x driven and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representatives to join our Renewables Department, Midrand

Objective:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales activities, helping us to sustain our growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow customer relationships, understanding their needs, and recommending sustainable products accordingly.
  2. Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest renewable energy products and trends.
  3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, ensuring they are tailored to meet a client’s business needs.
  4. Partner with the marketing agency to create and implement sales strategies.
  5. Handle customers' inquiries, quotations, and sales orders promptly and professionally.
  6. Follow up on potential leads and convert them into loyal customers.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets significantly and consistently.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports regarding sales activities, strategies, and customer reviews.
 
Job Requirements:
 
  1. Proven track record as a sales representative or similar role in the renewable energy sector.
  2. Strong familiarity with industry standards and market trends.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
