**Position Title**:Sales Representative
**Reporting to**:Head of Sales
**Based at**:Midrand Head Office
**Job Purpose and Overview**:
The Sales Representative is responsible for the generation of new income streams into the organisation through existing sales strategies. This role also has a large responsibility in maintaining the current base of existing clients across the board and inbound leads. The Sales Representative is wholly responsible for all new and existing revenue along the sales stream, and this includes all aspects of the role as per the KPI’s.
**Responsibilities**:
- Full Client Relationship Management
- Oversee Project Management
- Client research, updates thereof and regular feedback on trends and opportunities to clients
- Inform and educate the client in respect to the digital marketing opportunities available
- Ensure that all departments are delivering in accordance
- You will be accountable for service delivery in accordance with the highest standards, while continuously implementing quality-controls across all aspects of marketing Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Prepare reports on account status and clearly communicate the reports on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience having worked as an account manager where you have managed multiple clients simultaneously.
- Experience in measuring key performance metrics within the digital environment.
- Should be able to work as part of a team and in a high-pressured environment with various deadlines.
- Must be very detailed orientated and should have an excellent customer service delivery track record.
- Must be exceptionally well presented, with an excellent command of the spoken and written English language.
- Should be professional.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

**Salary**: R18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
