We are looking for a skilled and passionate Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various channels, including in-store, online, and social media. You will assist with laybye/deposit applications, TV license applications, customer invoicing, and after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with in-store and online queries related to our products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via social media channels
  • Process laybye/deposit applications and TV license applications for customers
  • Assist with customer invoicing and after-sales service
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by being friendly, approachable, and attentive
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that require further attention
  • Keep up to date with the latest product and service offerings and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience


Requirements
  • High school matric or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and experience using social media platforms
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
