Scope of the Role:

Our client is seeking a talented Property Administrator - Property Scout to join their dynamic team remotely.You’ll play a crucial role in identifying properties that meet the specific criteria of their clients. This remote position involves researching and evaluating potential properties, gathering detailed information, and collaborating with our client’s buyers agents to present these options to their clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong research skills, a passion for real estate and a knack for finding the perfect properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify properties that match client briefs and requirements.
  • Utilise various online tools, databases, and resources to source potential property listings.
  • Evaluate properties based on location, price, amenities, condition, and other relevant factors.
  • Compile detailed property reports, including photos, descriptions, and key information.
  • Maintain an organised database of potential properties and track their status.
  • Communicate regularly with buyers agents to ensure a clear understanding of client needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new listings, and industry developments.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients, highlighting the best property options.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine search criteria and improve property sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on property administration/scouting activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property research, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly assess property suitability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with online property databases, MLS, and research tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with the Australian real estate market is highly desirable.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to identifying property opportunities.
