What you’ll do: Learn to lease and sell commercial real estate while creating a vast network alongside our training and development program. To become a property expert, you will acquire invaluable market knowledge and transaction expertise.
- Creating client proposals that effectively communicate the value of available properties and services.
- Proactively canvassing to build a strong network of industry contacts and generate potential leads.
- Conducting lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Engaging in business development and prospecting activities to expand the client base.
- Arranging meetings and sourcing new opportunities for property viewings and discussions.
- Handling administrative tasks related to property transactions, such as document preparation and organisation.
- Contributing to brand awareness by participating in marketing and promotional activities.
- Ensuring timely response to and vetting of client leads to maximise conversion rates.
- Collaborating with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise for the benefit of clients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and property listings.

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Tech-savviness and proficiency in relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (advantageous)
