Description of the role 

Description of the skill and experience required 

You will work for the SA CSC team on a day shift ( hour shifts between 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday).

Assist with and resolve queries for clients via phone and email, relating to their online share trading accounts Provide first line technical assistance for Investec Online queries through client journey (from online application forms to assisting with all online and App queries) Experience in online share trading and client service environments an advantage Related field if study essential, CIMA / CFA
