Junior Digital Marketing Producer

Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly creative and experienced Junior Digital Marketing Producer to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of various digital media projects, ensuring they align with client goals and marketing objectives. You will play an integral part in the creative process, from the initial concept stage through to the final delivery of content across digital platforms.
As a Junior Digital Marketing Producer, you will be tasked with creating innovative concepts for new designs and digital campaigns, working closely with designers, developers, and content creators to bring those concepts to life. You will be responsible for ensuring that all designs and digital content meet the project’s requirements and client expectations, from both a creative and technical standpoint. Additionally, you will need to manage the budget for each project, providing accurate cost estimates and making sure that all deliverables are completed within the specified timeline and budget constraints.
Your role will require strong communication and coordination skills, as you will be working with clients at various levels and across different functions. This includes engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing regular updates on the project’s progress, and managing any revisions or changes to the original scope. You will be expected to maintain clear communication and foster strong relationships, ensuring that clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the direction of their projects. You will also need to be proactive in addressing any challenges or roadblocks that may arise, providing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to balance creative innovation with practical project management, ensuring that all content is not only visually compelling but also aligned with the client’s brand and marketing strategy. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial in delivering high-quality digital media that exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production of digital media including videos, website development, online advertising, and email marketing. - Take briefs from clients and foster long-lasting relationships with them.
- Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns.
- Create concepts and designs for new digital projects.
- Coordinate with project directors to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.
- Prepare accurate status reports.
- Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Direct a team of developers, designers, and strategists to ensure that the final product is consistent with the client's vision.
- Provide cost estimates and quotations and monitor budgets.
- Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements.
- Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.
- Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
- Ensure content created is accurate and error-free.
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
- Meeting with the marketing and design teams to define advertising strategies and requirements.
- Conducting market research through techniques such as A/B testing to guide the marketing strategy.
- Developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
- Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.
- Ensuring the efficiency and optimization of the digital ecosystem through SEO, SEM, and SMO.
- Supervising and managing all digital activities including websites, e-commerce, and social media.
- Monitoring and interpreting digital analytics.
- Generating and presenting digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback.
- Keeping abreast of the latest consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology
Compensation:
- R10000 - R20000 per month depending on experience.
- 40 days of paid leave per year
- Fully remote working

Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer, and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work UK hours. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. (Experience in web, digital media, or similar.)
- Strong knowledge of computer software that is related to web design, video editing, and graphic design.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
- Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Understand current marketing trends.
- The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
- Familiarity with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.
- Adaptable, versatile, and the ability to keep up to date with consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology.
