We seek a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join the Core Team as the Core Agent.

Job Summary

Our Core team is dedicated to accommodating guest requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary.

Key Activities:

The Core Agent is responsible for providing general information about the hotel and assisting callers.

Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation.

Run appropriate reports checking to ensure each guests reservation is set up correctly. 

Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments and travel agents 

Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee

Maintain general knowledge of hotel and promotions to answer any guest inquiries

Assist guests looking to make restaurant and spa reservations
