A career opportunity for an Admin Assistant/Service Consultant has become available at Santam, Brokers Services North division, who will be based in Polokwane branch, Limpopo.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This role is focused on supporting the Regional Manager for Limpopo as well as provide administrationassistance and support to the region on the day-to-day activities to manage their portfolios in line with theregional targets.
The role will further extend to provide similar support to a dedicated Relationship Manager in running their portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the Regional Managers in day to day activities
• Assisting with pulling and consolidating Regional stats and reports as required
• Schedule and arrange broker and team meetings as necessary
• Diary management
• Prepare reports, collect and analyze information
• Data analysis and management information reporting
• Taking and distributing minutes accordingly
• Account payments (JDE), office orders & processing
• Record keeping
• Providing support to a Relationship Manager – handling broker and internal queries, escalations, CRM support, diary management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Matric
• A 3 year Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• 2 years’ experience in an office administration environment
• Good verbal and written skills
• Fully literate in English
• Professional orientation & good interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft applications(Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
• Experience in minute taking

• Co-ordination and planning
• Ability to learn and adapt
