**The role**:
**Functions**:

- Deliver excellent service to members, advisors, providers, and suppliers.
- Coordinate regional office functions and logistics, including purchases and other arrangements.
- Assist with member engagements and tempo activations.
- Proactively resolve problems and manage conflicts as they arise.
- Utilise excellent customer service skills, including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, and closing.
- Ensure accurate data entry and typing skills.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, and Internet.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans with strong interpersonal communication.
- Team player with a caring attitude.
- Flexible in adapting to changes and management decisions.
- Proficient in problem-solving techniques and record keeping.
- Leadership skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics symbol E or higher, Maths Literacy symbol C or higher).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment within a Medical Scheme.
- Strong listening skills to understand and address customer needs.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching, and closing.
- Proficient in data entry and typing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
