About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Polokwane, Limpopo. As an integral part of our operations, you will provide administrative assistance to our Regional Managers and support the day-to-day activities of the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Regional Managers in their daily tasks
  • Assist with pulling and consolidating regional statistics and reports as required
  • Schedule and arrange broker and team meetings as necessary
  • Manage diaries and calendars
  • Prepare reports and analyze data
  • Take minutes and distribute accordingly
  • Process account payments and office orders
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide support to Relationship Managers, handling internal queries and CRM tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Matric certification
  • A 3-year tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fully literate in English
  • Professional orientation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in minute-taking

Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical aid, retirement fund contributions, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
