Overview

Our goal is to continually produce and develop industry-leading personalised email content to engage our worldwide member base of high-net-worth members. We’re looking for someone who has a strong background in email marketing to join our fast-growing team to create proactive communications to inspire our members with content around dining, entertainment, travel, offers and benefits. 

In your first 100 days, you will (among many other things): 

  • Create and set up email campaigns including audience/list segmenting. 
  • Build dynamic content to be used in day-to-day marketing, transactional emails, surveys and more. 
  • Test and review emails for quality assurance 
  • Schedule deployments 
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. 

You’ll need to be an expert task-juggler with a logical, creative mind. The success of your content will hinge on using behavioural and demographic data - as well as external factors - to create highly personalised content to engage our members. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design highly personalised dynamic emails 
  • Build automation programmes 
  • Plan and deliver e-mail campaigns across different regions and propositions 
  • Segment customer data and personalise communications to maximise relevance and effectiveness 
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects and ensure workloads and deadlines are managed efficiently 
  • Manage and deliver large scale CRM projects 
  • Review impact of work using stats and feedback from stakeholders and adjusts strategy accordingly 
  • Pitch creative ideas to clients and other stakeholders as needed 
  • Monitor our competitors’ communications 

Requirements

  • Significant experience in email design and HTML (Mandatory) 
  • Significant experience with targeted audience segmentation 
  • Ability to troubleshoot email marketing campaigns, from HTML to delivery issues. 
  • A creative mind – you should be a problem solver and have a good eye for good (and bad) design.  
  • Works well under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a demanding work environment. 
  • Understand the full customer journey in relation to campaigns and transactional content. 
  • Significant experience of following different brand guidelines  
  • Assess impact of work and amend strategy going forwards to continuously improve. 
  • Be up to date with new technological developments in eCRM. 

Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, HTML or similar role 
  • 3+ years of experience managing email campaigns end-to-end – from email design/build to deployment. 
  • Power-user of Acoustic or similar email management system including complex journey building and maintenance.  
  • Expert in HTML and conditional logic 
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to prioritise and manage tasks. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational/administration skills 
  • Awareness of communication trends and an ability to produce innovative ideas. 
  • Demonstrate creativity and confidence with clients and colleagues. 
  • Self-driven and able to work in a high-growth environment. 
  • Basic image editing skills
