ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of skilled and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and going the extra mile to exceed expectations
Requirements
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation
- Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
- Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens.
