We will rely on you to:

Assist the Client Executive in consulting to a portfolio of clients. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are on file for all clients and provide services in line with SLA. Together with the Client Executive, develop an annual year plan for each client and ensure adherence to deliverables. Prepare agendas for management committee meetings and ensure distribution in line with SLA. Attend management committee meetings and other ad hoc meetings together with the Client Executive. Draft accurate and complete minutes of meetings for review by the Client Executive and distribute in line with SLA. Ensure matters arising from meetings are actioned timeously. Assist Client Executive with requesting quotations and drafting reports. Ensure timeous response to queries. Present at member induction sessions and keep attendance register. Attend regular meetings with administrators/service providers. Negotiate with insurers/service providers where required. Attend regular meetings with team to discuss workflow and problem areas. Provide appropriate advice, excellent client service and project management to ensure the smooth running of the client base. Assist Client Executive to establish strong relationships with key decision makers, management committee members and service providers. Ensure client contact details are accurate. Updating of internal systems.

What you need to have: 

Experience in a retirement fund consulting/administration role Clear and concise oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) – Outlook, Word and Excel RE 05 (Representatives Exam) - Passed FAIS compliant
