Role Overview:

 

As our CRM Manager, you will be at the heart of our player retention strategy. Your mission? To create unforgettable customer experiences by designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that inspire loyalty and excitement. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of data and personalization to keep our players engaged, crafting journeys that bring them back again and again. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative CRM strategies to enhance player retention, engagement, and reactivation across various channels.
  • Own the entire campaign lifecycle, from segmentation and messaging to performance tracking and optimization.
  • Craft personalized customer journeys using behavioral data and insights to create tailored experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and data to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize key metrics like player lifetime value (LTV), churn, and reactivation rates.
  • Manage loyalty programs, VIP initiatives, and promotional campaigns to elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including responsible gaming protocols.
  • Utilize CRM platforms like Salesforce, Optimove, or similar tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, CRM technologies, and best practices in player engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of CRM experience in sports betting or online gaming.
  • Expertise in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and multi-channel campaign management.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and campaign automation tools.
  • Proven success in boosting customer engagement and retention metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and industry regulations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
