Are you passionate about cars and sales? Do you excel in customer service and have a knack for leading a team? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our dealership as a New Vehicle Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

•Manage the sales team and oversee daily operations of the new vehicle department.

•Set sales goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve targets.

•Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

•Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.

•Evaluate market trends, pricing, and inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

•Collaborate with finance and service departments to streamline processes and maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

•Relevant Marketing qualification.

•Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

•Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Management and self-driven abilities.

•Application of Policies and Procedures, Business Operations, Marketing, Computer knowledge, Financial analysis and customer handling knowledge.

•In-depth knowledge of the used car market and dealership operations.

•Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive sales performance.

•Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
