Join our client’s dynamic team as a Sales Orders Clerk / Client Administrator in Witbank

 We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our client’s team in Witbank as a Data Capturer & Sales Orders Clerk /Client Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing sales orders and providing exceptional client administrative support.

Job Description:
  • Accurately capture and process sales orders into our system.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure orders are processed efficiently and resolve any queries or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in data capturing and client administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Pastel software would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
