Make a difference as Regional Marketing Manager at Enza Zaden

As a Regional Marketing Manager at Enza Zaden, you bring a strong track record in marketing leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive regional marketing performance by leading a talented team, aligning local initiatives with global strategy, and creating value across the entire food value chain. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Inspire, coach, and guide your team members while nurturing a collaborative and accountable culture that reflects Enza Zaden's values.

  • Drive strategic regional marketing: Develop and execute regional marketing plans and activities that support sales growth, product positioning, and long-term business objectives.

  • Translate insights into impact: Use consumer, customer, and market insights to identify business opportunities and shape marketing tactics that resonate with growers and partners in the region.

  • Engage across the value chain: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the food value chain, contributing to an enhanced customer experience and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure process excellence: Lead the Marketing & Sales planning processes in the region, ensure availability of key market data, and work closely with Product Managers and regional leadership to align on business goals.

  • Champion brand and market visibility: Increase brand awareness and relevance by executing the corporate branding strategy and aligning regional efforts with global marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate globally, execute locally: Play an active role in cross-functional global projects, ensuring effective implementation of global marketing strategies and sharing regional best practices across the organization.

What you bring as a future colleague

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience and 3 years of experience leading a team

  • Educational background in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or related qualification

  • Experience in the food or vegetable industry or agricultural working environment (advantage). Preferably both B2B and B2C experience.

  • Excellent and clear communications skills (verbal and written)

  • Capable of managing complex projects with established and new creative and/or research agencies

  • Analytical, strategic and excel savvy

  • People leading and development skills

  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal

  • International business travel is required, mainly within region.

  • Willing to work outdoors.
