TITLE: German-Speaking IT Support

About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve issues via calls, emails, and our support portal. You'll work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of technical environments.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly customer-focused, and excited to build a career in IT support within a global, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Fluent in German
    (native) and
    professional-level English
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
    (or relevant technical coursework)
  • Some knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Windows, Office, or Document Management Systems
  • SQL (MSQL or TSQL) is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or shift rotations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the
    iManage suite
    (Work, Share, Govern, Insight, Cloud)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating as needed
  • Ensure service levels (SLAs) are met
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Deliver end-user training on iManage products (training provided)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas
